Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders placed by 12 noon within two working days. 

Delivery will be free on orders over £250 for delivery within the UK and Ireland.

Shipping addresses outside UK and Ireland

Please contact us at info@utopiaonline.co.uk and we will get back to you with an estimate of the cost.

Christmas

We will endeavour to complete all orders placed before 12th December and have them delivered in time for Christmas, however, this applies to UK and Ireland addresses only. 

Out of Stock Items

Should you order an item that is out of stock we will contact you to either arrange a refund or agree an estimated delivery date.  To speed up this process please be sure that the contact details you have included are correct.

Returns

Should you wish to return any goods purchased, please contact us within three working days to agree returns procedure.   We must receive the returned goods within ten working days.  Any returned items must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging.  The shipping cost of returning goods is your responsibility and your refund will be less the original delivery costs.  We strongly recommend that you get a “Certificate of Posting” from the Post Office when you send your goods as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that are lost in transit.  For further security we suggest that you send your goods “Recorded Delivery”.  The goods remain your responsibility until we receive them. 

Payment

The Worldpay system used on our web site guarantees secure encrypted transaction processing.  This means that access to your credit card information is kept confidential.

Privacy

We do not pass on any information to third parties.

Use of this web site indicates that you accept the terms and conditions, which may vary from time to time.  Any such changes will be clearly posted on the web site.  It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions.  Unfortunately, we are unable to accept orders from persons under the age of 18.

Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this web site shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of Northern Ireland and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.  English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
